Getting started on Facebook is easy. Visit Inter Valley Health Plan’s web site, www.ivhp.com, look under the “Resources” section and click on “Facebook 101” for step-by-step directions to get you started. If you struggle with technology, you may want to get a friend or relative who uses Facebook to help you set up your profile. Inter Valley recently offered a Facebook class that covered topics like how to set up your profile, add pictures, update your status, delete items and comment on photos.
