Your Medicare prescription drug coverage usually includes a premium, which you are responsible for paying. You’ll receive a card with your Medicare Part D coverage to use when you fill your prescriptions. You may also have to pay a copayment, coinsurance or deductible, depending on the type of plan you choose.
