SERVICE TO SENIORS:
Dental benefits and more Prescription coverage
We now offer our Service To Seniors members an optional supplemental dental benefit for a low monthly premium! We know how important your dental care is. The Plan also offers extensive prescription coverage with a higher initial coverage limit and lower copayments.
TOTAL FIT PLAN:
Alternative Wellness Plan
New alternative health care options just for you! Our new Total Fit Plan offers you acupuncture, chiropractic care and massage therapy. But, that’s not all! Now you can join a gym, for FREE! That’s right; you can have fun getting fit at a participating gym near you. Total Fit includes a comprehen - sive Dental Coverage Plan, with a $0 premium and low copays.
DESERT PREFERRED CHOICE:
Expansion to Coachella Valley
We have expanded our service area into the Coachella Valley. This new, Desert Preferred Choice Plan, is a partnership with Desert Oasis Health Care with over 110 primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, social workers, and physical therapists. The Plan offers $0 copay on many services including doctor office visits, preventive dental care, and more. Other programs include Medica - tion Management Program, a Diabetes Monitoring Program, and other health management programs. Look for the special insert in this newsletter for all the details and a list of the doctors near you.
SPECIAL NEEDS PLANS:
Tailored to fit your lifestyle
Inter Valley offers two Special Needs Plans (SNPs) available in specific zip codes and with special qualifying criteria: 1Focus SNP – This plan is designed for people who have been diagnosed (by a physician) with diabetes and who reside in either Los Angeles county or San Bernardino county. 2Value SNP – You may be eligible to join this plan if you receive assistance from the State of California and Medicare.
