Supervisor, Telemarketing Sales

Immediate opening in the Sales department for an experienced, full-time employee:

Description and Requirements: Reporting to the Director, Sales, the Supervisor, Telemarketing Sales is responsible for the daily operations of a team of temporary telephone sales representatives who respond to inbound calls inquiring about the Plan’s benefit programs and place outbound calls based upon leads and schedule appointments for outside Area Sales Representatives.  The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and evaluating performance of each telephone representative to ensure that sales goals are met; trains, motivates and coaches staff to ensure compliance with CMS regulations; assists with all “Walk-In” clientèle, and overall is a working supervisor who also is responsible for making outbound calls along with their staff.  The qualified candidate must have 2 years college or equivalent in Business or Sales; minimum 3 years experience in Medicare Advantage with Part D HMO related telemarketing sales because of the highly regulated nature of this type of sale; excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal); bilingual in Spanish helpful but not required; must have experience working with automated predictive dialer system and lead management systems, such as ACT.                                

Requirements include: The Supervisor for Telemarketing Sales must hold an active California Health and Life license..

 


 

Clinical Review Specialist

Description and Requirements: Reporting to the Manager, Medical Revenue Recovery, the Clinical Review Specialist is responsible for accurately and efficiently conducting medical record chart reviews and audits at scheduled office sites throughout our service area. Performs focused studies specific diagnosis, and, assists in UM & QM when needed. 

Requirements include:  California Licensed RN or LVN, strong clinical background, strong CPT and ICD codes knowledge, excellent communication skills, approximately 1 year related chart review experience, and computer capability in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.  CPC certification preferred.
