Enroll In Person
Meet with an Inter Valley Health Plan Sales Representative at one of our Enrollment Locations. Click here to find a convenient location near you.

Online Enrollment
Medicare Beneficiaries may enroll in Inter Valley Health Plan through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center. Review our Medicare Program Plans and click the Enroll Now button on the Plan you would like to enroll in. You will be redirected from Inter Valley Health Plan's website to the official website for Medicare. Once you have completed your enrollment, you will be redirected back to the Inter Valley Health Plan.
