Inter Valley Health Plan members can have their prescriptions delivered right to their door through Inter Valley’s mail order service providers. Inter Valley Health Plan contracts with two mail service providers Integrated HMO Pharmacy*or Walgreens Mail Service* to provide a simple and convenient way for members to order their maintenance medications. No more standing in line.
To get started, you may register online, call Inter Valley Health Plan for the mail order form that your doctor will need to sign or print the Walgreens form or Integrated HMO form below. It’s that simple.
